Tyrannosaurus Rex were one of the best bands to come out of England ever. Like, The Smiths, Zombies, Kinks, Rolling Stones, Who, Roxy Music (w/Eno) good.

T. Rex were rad too, but the congos weren't all there all the time, so points must be taken away. They end up in the Beatles, New Order, Animals, Faces, Buzzcocks, Clash, Roxy Music (w/o Eno) category. Second tier, but also great.
